None of the information is given or sold to third party organizations. The only exception to this is when your information is given out to fulfill your order i.e. we need to give your address to the postal service.

When you sign up for the newsletter that information will only be used to send out relevant information that will keep you informed about Take Back Your Power. If you don’t wish to receive information from Take Back Your Power you can unsubscribe at the base of your newsletter once it has been sent to you. No refunds will be given unless items are faulty and returned within 60 days of invoice. The item must be unwashed and unworn.

All items returned to Take Back Your Power will be at the expense of the purchaser. We reserve the right to offer a replacement for any faulty items if in stock.

No exchanges will be given for incorrect selection or change of mind. We will accept exchange if sizing is incorrect, providing stock is available. Please refer to sizing chart to avoid sizing issues if the measurement don’t correspond with your current t shirt then we don’t have your size at this stage. All returns must be authorized.
